We want you to be very pleased with your purchase and also with the service you receive from us. We try hard to get things right first time but if we do make a mistake or if something goes wrong please let us know as quickly as possible and we will do everything we can to quickly put things right for you. Our reputation depends upon your recommendation.
If you do get a chance, please read and accept our terms and conditions of purchase before ordering and of course, nothing here is intended to affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, cheques and postal orders. When using cheques, please note that goods will not be shipped until fully cleared funds have been received by us. Please ensure that we receive your payment within 7 working days of your order. Please telephone to discuss any special requirements and note that payments are only accepted in pounds Sterling.
Prices of individual items are quoted exclusive of delivery charges.
Delivery
We will try to dispatch your goods within 1 or 2 working days whenever possible and frequently the same day. Please let us have your email address and we will also need a telephone number that we can give to the delivery service and so that they can contact you if necessary. We will provide delivery tracking information by email whenever a tracked service is chosen.
We insure all deliveries via a general transit policy but please do not accept any items that have been clearly damaged in transit and always ensure that the delivery service notes any possible damage
Goods must always be signed for and can not be left without a signature of receipt.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however, should you be dissatisfied with any aspect of the items purchased we will be pleased to provide you with a full refund, provided the item is returned to us in its original packaging and in an 'as new' condition with all accessories, manuals, cables/connectors and packaging, undamaged and ready for resale.
Please contact us to obtain a returns number prior to posting so that your item can be correctly identified on receipt.
Please also ensure any returned goods are dispatched to us within 5 working days of receipt (weekends and bank holidays excluded). You are responsible for all return postage costs and for the safe return of the items and we will not be held responsible for any returned items lost in transit. You are therefore very strongly advised to use an insured and trackable postage or courier service.
Refunds for the original price of the returned items will be made within 5 days of their safe return. All packaging, accessories, tools and manuals etc. must also be returned in "as new" condition.
