TheBONE TheBASS is finally here and we believe that it is the lightest and most compact, full scale bass guitar available - anywhere.

Call it a travel bass if you want. Call it a lightweight bass or perhaps you will call it a compact bass, but whatever you call it, you will call it stunning!

This bass features all the same design concepts that have made TheBONE guitars so good ... a headless design featuring the patented Triff tuning system, a perfectly formed detachable and folding steel tube body frame but now with a hard maple body and bolt on neck.

This is the B2 model which features an active Triff TCB-20 custom humbucker and two channel EQ operated via rotary bass, treble and volume controls.

Without doubt this clever bass design makes TheBASS one of the best playing and most comfortable instruments available. In terms of lightness and compactness it is in a class of its own - made in Switzerland, from a maker you can trust.

The B2 is finished in a black matte body and natural bolt on neck and comes complete with its compact custom Triff carry bag.

This is the B1 model which features a passive Triff custom TCB-15 humbucker to keep everything nice and simple but which allows you to add all the effects and features you want externally. The B1 also benefits from an integrated headphone amp so you can also practice any time you want, at home, away or backstage - just plug in your headphones.

Without doubt this clever bass design makes TheBASS one of the best playing and most comfortable instruments available. In terms of lightness and compactness it is in a class of its own - made in Switzerland, from a maker you can trust.

The B1 is finished in a natural satin varnish and comes complete with a good quality, very compact custom carry bag with two separate zip up compartments.

Well done Traveler! It is often the case that left handed players have a greatly reduced choice of instruments so it is great to see that Traveler Guitar are extending and expanding their left handed range so widely.

Here is the left handed version of a design by the legendary John Carruthers. The MK-II Bass features a very contemporary and fresh body complemented by an L.R.Baggs custom Hybrid-Element active pickup system with a 2-band EQ, a built in headphone amplifier and, like all Travelers, the ability to be plugged directly into a traditional amplifier for live applications.

This model is enhanced with the addition of a strap hanger extension that provides a well balanced and very comfortable playing position.  A new thumb rest is provided to enhance comfort.

The Bass weighs only 5 ¼ lbs and it is just 36 inches in overall length so there is really no excuse to leave this 32 inch full scale bass at home ever again!

The Escape MK-II bass also comes equipped with headphones, elegant binding, ebonized fingerboard, traditional finish and a sturdy, custom-designed gig-bag from High Sierra.

This very latest model is enhanced with the addition of a new centre extension rod that better positions the strap hanger for a more comfortable playing position.  A new right hand thumb rest has also been added.

So, at only 5 ¼ lbs and 36 inches overall, there is really no excuse to leave this 32 inch full scale bass at home ever again!

The low fat bottom specialist! This Basstar fretted 5 string bass plays low B with confidence. The notes sustain on and on, almost forever.

Metal die cast tuners that don't slip, an adjustable nut that lets you set the action “as close as mother nature will allow” and twin Alnico magnets for each string give you great playability and plenty of punch.

And, if you feel you need some extra room to grab a string, then the new "POP NOTCH" scallop makes it real easy.

The designer calls this his 'real bottom feeder'.
